Information we process
SignalPilot processes account identity, authentication provider details, subscription tier, workspace preferences, support cases, and app activity needed to run the AI crypto command center.
If you connect exchange, Telegram, website source, signal, portfolio, bot, coach, lab, or settings workflows, the app may process the records required to show those product surfaces and execute the actions you request.
Authentication and billing
Web sign in is handled through Firebase Auth providers such as Apple Sign In and Google Sign In. Billing and subscription checkout are handled through Stripe Checkout and Stripe Billing Portal.
SignalPilot receives subscription status and customer identifiers needed to unlock app tiers. Stripe handles payment method collection and card storage.
AI and product data
AI Coach, signals, behavior insights, and market intelligence features may use app context such as portfolio state, signal details, notes, and selected records to generate relevant responses.
The product is designed to support user review and decision-making. You remain responsible for trading decisions, exchange permissions, and risk controls.
Growth behavior analytics
SignalPilot measures product behavior such as page views, login intent, checkout intent, workspace view changes, exchange connection attempts, source setup progress, bot command readiness, scroll depth, click targets, viewport class, session age, and activation milestones.
Growth events are used to understand onboarding, retention, feature adoption, support friction, and conversion from first visit to bot-ready workflow. They are not designed to capture exchange API keys, passphrases, payment card numbers, signal message secrets, or free-form field values.
Support and deletion
Support cases may include the details you submit and selected app context needed to investigate the request.
For account, subscription, or deletion requests, contact support through the in-app support case flow or the public support page.
